Skin and Wound Care program is a comprehensive program that provides a consistent, therapeutic plan for the prevention and healing of wounds. This program assists patients and caregivers in the management of wounds from onset to recovery while in their own home. Our treatments emphasize prevention and healing, as well as reduction in the use of emergent care and hospital re-admission.
